The navigation in Frame revolves around two main spaces: the company space and the private space. The company space houses documents visible to the entire workspace and all its users, while the private space contains documents exclusively viewable by the individual user.

Generally, the private space is ideal for personal notes, to-dos, or non-work-related items, whereas the company space organizes documents into different folders accessible to all users.

Access to specific folders can be managed to restrict visibility to certain subsets of the workspace. Admins can easily create new folders and subfolders within both company and private spaces, facilitating organization, and document management. Additionally, dragging and dropping documents between folders and spaces enables seamless movement, allowing users to transfer items from their private space to the company space effortlessly.
